Account Deletion Information

We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please review the following information about what happens when you delete your account.

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
All property listings you have created
Your saved/favorite properties
All inquiries and messages
Reminders and notifications settings
Search history and preferences
All associated account data

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from App

Open Gharplot App
Launch the Gharplot application on your device

Go to Settings
Navigate to Profile → Settings

Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"

Confirm Deletion
Enter your password and confirm the deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support@bhoomitechzone.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:

Your registered email address
Your registered phone number
Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 3: Submit Request Below

Submit Deletion Request

✅ Request Submitted Successfully!

We have received your account deletion request. Your account will be deleted within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion:

All personal data is deleted within 30 days
Backup copies are purged within 90 days
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics
Data required by law may be retained as necessary
